What’s your return policy?

Refunds. I take great care to ensure the quality of the art I offer to you. I do this for your satisfaction and so that you will tell others about my work. If you decide within 30 days of receipt that my work is not to your satisfaction, feel free to return it to me.

Exchanges. Representing art on the internet such as I produce poses a number of challenges. So I am willing to exchange your purchase for another if you find upon receipt that it does not meet your expectations.

Repairs. Accidents do happen. And I do repair my work. If you need repairs, please contact me.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently I only ship to the U.S. and Canada. Contact me if you’d like me to consider your country.

Do you accept custom orders?

Custom orders are welcome. Please contact me via email with your ideas. My lathe awaits you. Generally, I require 50% down payment to get started, the remainder is due upon completion of your piece.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

I accept wholesale orders from legitimate retail outlets. Only certain designs are available for wholesale. Please contact me for a Line Sheet.
